Install Dockcam on your PC
A small Windows app that lives in the system tray and starts with Windows. It registers a virtual camera called “Dockcam” once, and you approve it.
Dockcam puts it in every meeting app on Windows. Nothing to install on the phone. Video never leaves your Wi‑Fi. Works without OBS.
You already own the best camera you’ve ever had. It lives in your pocket, sees in sharp 1080p, and has a lens your laptop can only dream about.
Dockcam is the dock that connects it.
The phone side is a web page. No App Store, no account, no pairing code to type.

A page opens in Safari or Chrome on your iPhone. Tap “Start camera”. Each time Dockcam starts it makes a fresh code, so nobody else can join.
Teams, Zoom, Meet, Slack, Discord, the Windows Camera app: anything that lists webcams. Choose lens and resolution from the phone.
The camera runs in the browser. No App Store, no TestFlight, no updates to chase.
Dockcam is a native virtual camera (Media Foundation). It shows up in every app, including the new Teams. No OBS, no extra plug‑ins.
249 SEK, VAT included. No subscription, no seat licence, no “pro” tier. Updates included.
The stream goes directly from the phone to your PC over your Wi‑Fi (WebRTC). Our server only helps the two find each other, a few kilobytes of handshake, and never sees a frame or hears a sound.
Nothing is recorded. Nothing is uploaded. Close the app and the camera is gone.
Roughly the cost of a single month of the subscription alternatives.

Yes, including the new Teams. Dockcam is a native Windows 11 virtual camera, the same mechanism Windows itself uses. Pick “Dockcam” under Devices → Camera. If Teams was already running when you activated the camera, restart it once.
Windows 11 (22H2+) has a built‑in way for apps to provide a camera without a kernel driver. On Windows 10 that requires a signed driver, which is a different product. If you’re on Windows 10 you can still use Dockcam with OBS as a “Browser Source”, but we don’t officially support it.
No. The phone and the PC talk directly over your local network with WebRTC. Our server in Stockholm only helps the two find each other (a few kilobytes) and never receives video or audio.
Up to 1080p at 30 fps, with lens selection (wide, ultra‑wide, and on newer iPhones the 2× crop). Exposure and focus are automatic, as Safari doesn’t expose manual controls.
Yes. iOS stops the camera when the screen locks or you switch apps. Dockcam keeps the screen awake while streaming; put the phone on a charger for long calls.
No. macOS already has Continuity Camera built in, which does this for free. Dockcam is for Windows users.

The installer is not yet code‑signed, so SmartScreen shows this for downloads it hasn’t seen before. Click More info → Run anyway. The installer only writes to your user profile plus the camera component in Program Files, which you approve separately.
